GIFT CERTIFICATE REDEMPTION

To Redeem a Gift Certificate:

Select products online and proceed to checkout

The next three steps must be done before clicking continue or redeem

1. Enter the entire Key in Gift Certificate text field

2. Select Shipping Option from the drop-down list

3. Select Credit Card type from the drop-down list even if Certificate covers entire purchase

Then Click Redeem and wait for screen to refresh

• If Certificate value exceeds product and shipping costs, the system will return a message to confirm the order.

• If product and shipping costs exceed the Certificate value, the system will prompt you for your name and credit card number to complete the order for the remaining balance due.

Any remaining Certificate Value is retained in the system.
