Guaranteed Saturday delivery is available only with extra shipping fees. Please call to order.
FedEx provides residential deliverery to most (but not all) residential addresses using the FedEx Ground option.
When your order is roasted it is then shipped within hours.
If you need "signature required" delivery or need a guaranteed delivery date, you must order by phone.
Customer is responsible for packages left at your door. Call for insured shipping.
Ground shipping time-in-transit will vary by shipper and your location.
We are not responsible for shipping company delays.
Shipment notices are sent to the "Bill To" email address.
Packing slips contain information you enter in comment box.
Packing slips do not contain prices.

UPS Ground: Online tracking; 2 - 4 business days average; call for Saturday delivery for an extra fee
U.S.P.S. Priority Mail: No online tracking; 2 - 4 business days average
U.S.P.S. Parcel Post: No online tracking; up to 9 business days, no recovery if lost
Spee-Dee: No online tracking; 1 - 3 business days average
