To receive your refund,
you must
request the refund within 7
days of your
receipt of the product.
For returns, here's what you
must do.
- Read the
return terms listed below.
- Contact us using
the request
form stating your
reason for a refund.
- Be sure to include your
Order Number along with your
request.
- You will
be
sent a Return
Number Authorization
(RNA)and
return
instructions.
- Products may be returned
only with our prior approval and
a Return
Number Authorization.

Returns must be shipped within 7
days of the RNA being sent via
email.
After we have received
your returned
products, we will refund your
original credit
card within 30 days.
Terms:
To prevent return substitution fraud abuse:
Retail bulk (80 oz) size
bags and/or orders
over $100.00 are subject to a
25%
product return fee
since all returns
will be discarded. All
coffee listed in the
Exotic
category are subject to a 50%
product return fee.
Wholesale orders have a 100%
replacement guarantee.
