Existing Licensed Food Service Businesses: We will follow up with in-operation coffee or food service businesses after reviewing your application to arrange sending a Wholesale Sample Pack for approved Wholesale Accounts.

If you are seeking Private Labeling and your logo is ready, please let us know in the Wholesale Application comment box. We will provide setup instructions so we can include a real time production Private Label using your logo file, with your fresh roasted coffee samples.

Any New Business or Non Food Service Businesses: You are invited to request samples if your business has made some tangible progress beyond the new idea stage. (e.g. signed lease/purchase agreement, applied for a state food license, have an active website, are listed in online business directories, or any other proof of progress, etc.) We will review the business description you provide in the Wholesale Application comment box for suitability for us to provide free samples. You will only need to cover the postage costs. We will contact you by phone to get your credit card information for the mailing costs.

Sadly, most new businesses never progress beyond the new idea stage. Sometimes others, fraudulently claim to be starting a business, and in reality are simply seeking free samples.

Larger Sample Requests: You may need larger quantities than our free sample program offers. If you are approved for a wholesale account, please contact us for additional small size packages for testing which will be made available for purchase at wholesale prices, without the minimum order requirement.
