Discounted Retail Shipping Instructions:

 

  • Select at least one 80 oz. size bag of fresh roasted coffee.

  • Other selections of any size can be added.

  • When finished shopping, proceed to checkout.

  • Coupon is valid if an 80 oz bulk size bag is in your shopping cart.

  • Select any shipping service option you desire.

  • Type BULKDISCOUNT in the Checkout Coupon box. One word, no spaces.

  • The shipping discount will appear on the next page.

  • BULKDISCOUNT checkout coupon can be used in conjunction with Product Coupons.

 
Low Cost Shipping: We do not profit from our shipping charges. Ordering 30 oz. sizes or larger is your best value. Adding additional weight only slightly increases the shipping charge. We offer UPS, Fedex, USPS nationwide and Spee-Dee for 7 nearby states. Spee-Dee is by far the lowest cost shipping option in IL,MN, WI IA, ND, SD and NE FEDEX is usually the lowest cost for all other mainland states for orders over 3 pounds. We offer USPS Flat Rate Box shipping to HI and AK for up to 6 lbs. Shipping to a UPS recognized business address will also cost less. We do ship to select, pre-approved military APO addresses via USPS. Customers are responsible to verify the APO address can accept coffee and are liable for any costs associated with failure to verify approval in advance.
Order Deadlines: We only roast on weekdays. Generally, if your order is placed by 8:00 A.M. (Central Time) weekdays, it will be added to that day's roasting. All orders are roasted then shipped within hours. If the roastery will be closed for more than one normal business day for maintenance or vacation, we will put a message on our homepage to inform you about our roasting schedule.
Time in Transit: The actual time in transit will vary by the day of the week, the time you placed your order, your shipping location and the shipping service you chose. Only USPS and FEDEX offers Saturday delivery without extra charges so call if you want Saturday delivery for any other shipper for a quote. USPS Parcel Post service can take 5 - 9 weekdays for delivery so please be patient. If you need a guaranteed delivery date, please call for a quote.
Tracking: Fedex and UPS customers will receive a tracking number in their shipment email notice. Tracking is not available for Spee-Dee, USPS Priority or Parcel Post services.  Only USPS delivers to P.O. Boxes. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, only USPS is available to you. If you live in Puerto Rico, Guam, or any other US protectorate, contact us and we will give you a quote to ship your order.
Shipping Errors: Customer is responsible for all packages left at their door unless a phone order is placed using insured shipping. Raccoons have been known to steal coffee! Lost package claims will be resolved according to the shipper's policies. USPS requires a 30-day wait before placing a lost package tracer. We recommend using Fedex or UPS to avoid delays. If you want your package insured, please contact us for a quote. Customer is responsible for any extra charges incurred from typographical errors made in the billing and shipping addresses.
