Mineral content varies significantly by brand and source. Check the label or producer\u2019s water analysis, and choose a moderately mineralized water with a neutral taste. Avoid strongly mineralized water that tastes noticeably salty, chalky, or metallic.<\/p>\n<h3>Distilled or reverse-osmosis water<\/h3>\n<p>Distillation and reverse osmosis remove nearly all dissolved minerals.
