This highly sought‑after Pink Bourbon microlot comes from the farm of Luis Anibal Calderon, a Huila Best Cup 2016 top‑30 finalist. Grown in Colombia’s renowned Huila region—where dramatic elevation shifts and rich Andean terroir create exceptional complexity—this coffee reflects the best of the area’s climate and harvest cycles.
Luis began with a small lot gifted by his father and has since expanded through dedication and meticulous processing. He hand‑selects only ripe cherries, dry ferments for 25 hours, and sun‑dries the coffee in a parabolic dryer for an average of 25 days. His family works together to maintain quality at every step, resulting in a clean, expressive, and standout Pink Bourbon.
