Retail orders and Standard Wholesale orders are generally shipped within 1 or 2 business days after your order is submitted. Time-in-transit can take an additional 1 - 4 business days depending on your location.
Orders are produced Mon-Fri during normal business hours.
We guarantee 100% satisfaction of our coffee products. Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number within 10 calendar days from the date your order was delivered. Return your coffee in its original packaging using your own shipping method. You must include a copy of your purchase receipt along with your RA number. We will issue a full product refund within 10 business days of receipt of the returned product.
PRODUCT RETURNS TERMS:
- We recommend ordering small bags to try out a coffee before ordering large quantities.
- Retail consumers will be refunded 100% of the product purchase price up to $100.00. Retail consumer coffee products over $100.00 are subject to a 25% wasted product fee.
- All coffee listed in the Exotic category are subject to a 35% wasted product fee, regardless of order size. These are expensive coffees with very little profit. We discard all returned coffee so there is a complete loss.
- We do not provide free return shipping. If you are unable to drop your package off at our roastery, we will provide a store credit coupon for $10.00 to help reduce your costs of returning your product by mail. Coupon is available upon request.
- Returns must be requested within 10 days of receipt of your order.
- Wholesale clients will be refunded 100% of the purchase price for any returned and unopened products. Naturally, since coffee beans are an agricultural product and subject to climate and seasonal variations, roasted coffee can have very slight variations and not cause for replacement or refunds of opened products. However, we will work to resolve any concerns that might arise. We do not provide free return shipping. Returns must be requested within 10 days of receipt of your order.
