What You’ll Do
You’ll be trained in every aspect of our coffee production process, including:
- Roast premium specialty coffee using commercial roasting equipment
- Package coffee for retail and wholesale customers
- Prepare coffee bags, labels, and packaging materials
- Weigh and stage green coffee before roasting
- Prepare shipments for customers and Amazon fulfillment
- Participate in coffee tasting (cupping) to evaluate flavor and quality
- Perform infrared roast color testing for quality control
- Maintain a clean, organized, food-safe production environment
- Assist with general production and warehouse responsibilities
Every day is different, providing a variety of work while developing valuable skills in the specialty coffee industry.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a positive attitude and excellent work ethic
- Is dependable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Enjoys learning and takes pride in quality workmanship
- Pays close attention to detail
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Is at least 18 years old
- Is legally authorized to work in the United States
- Can safely lift up to 70 pounds
- Can comfortably reach the top of 5-foot-high pallet loads
- Appreciates a clean, organized, and safety-focused workplace
- Smokers, druggies, heavy boozers…don’t waste your time.
No coffee experience is necessary. We provide comprehensive training, including coffee roasting.
